Lately there has been much debate about asylum policies and the government's 13 points, also within the party.

Brochmann recently released book "A History of Immigration, The Case of Norway 900-2000 'with Knut Kjeldstadli. She has also published numerous other books and articles on subjects of immigration and international migration. For more on Brochmann
