Hi, everyone!
It begins to approach the end of the semester of study circles, and now at the end there will be meeting both this coming Thursday and Thursday next week.
The theme this time is "the Nordic countries and Europe: our near abroad."
Also this time have acquired a Øivind gjesteinnleder, namely the long-standing board member of the Party of European Socialists (PES) and the State Secretary in the Ministry of Defence, Espen Barth Eide. He will particularly focus on one of the suggestions for reading material, namely the new application to PES. The program is written as a joint program for the Social Democratic parties in the EU prior to the impending elections to the new European Parliament. As always, we are planning that there will be ample time for discussion and questions.
